Based in Canada, Lewis has a global viewpoint, producing spots in Canada, the United States, Europe and Africa.
Marc André Debruyne : Director
Canadian born director Marc André Debruyne's love for visual storytelling is apparent in each piece he creates. Whether it is commercial work or a music video, his style is powered by a fresh sense of design and composition – relying on his background studying the arts and architecture while achieving a BAA in film studies in Toronto.
Marc André’s passion for music and its expression through music videos helped foster ideas that were itching to come to life. His attention to visual detail, along with his passion to capture emotions in their purest forms, results in an unforgettable tapestry of iconic imagery, touching his audience and creating lasting images in all of his work.
Marc André draws on a rich cultural heritage, raised by his French-Canadian father and Filipino mother in Toronto, spending summers with family in Paris. He is fluent in French and English, and his life experiences both at home and abroad fuel his imagination, contributing to a very subtle, innocent, yet playful sense of humour.
In 2012 Marc André was awarded "director of the year" at the Much Music Video Awards. He has directed over 160 commercials and music videos in Canada and internationally.
Amit Mehta : Director
As a director, Amit Mehta is drawn toward the awkward, the absurd, the awkwardly absurd and the absurdly awkward. He has a passion for eliciting performance minimalism rooted in character and situation.
During earlier forays in theater, film and television as a writer and actor, Amit co-wrote the film Scenes of the Crime starring Jeff Bridges, while also sharing screen time with chimpanzees, battling Middle Eastern typecasting along the way.
Commercial directing provided Amit a chance to flex his creative muscles. His work for national and international clients, including BMW, ESPN, EA Sports and Volkswagen, reveal Amit’s straightforward approach to humor. He’s helped build many great campaigns with a cost-conscious, high production value philosophy.
Fluently multilingual, Amit has previously lived in Milwaukee, New Delhi and Philadelphia, and now unreservedly calls Los Angeles home.
Dave Merhar : Director
Dave Merhar is a triple threat: he understands branding, comedy and visual effects through his early experience as a Creative Director at DDB and his subsequent evolution as commercial and content director.
Dave has helmed hundreds of commercials for major brands including Heineken, Arby’s, Budweiser, Pepsi, Walmart, McDonald’s and Nationwide. He is a visual navigator with great dialogue instincts, specializing in comedy, dialogue and viral web content creation.
Dave’s work has been recognized with many world-wide advertising awards, including Cannes Lions for Bud Light and Heineken.
When describing himself, Dave says that he is “a concerned creative who wants your idea to be everything it can be!”
